If you are in anyway unhappy about your order, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund, credit or exchange, provided it is in perfect condition, and the packaging is undamaged. Please retain proof of purchase. We regret we do not offer free postage on returned goods. However we will refund your postage where goods are genuinely found to be faulty. Personalised orders cannot be exchanged/refunded unless the artwork is incorrect.

ARTWORK FOR BESPOKE ORDERS
- Artwork should be supplied to us in a high res format – pdf, jpeg or tiff minimum 2MB.
- Additional artwork origination fees may be applied for any resizing or retouching at a rate of £25 per hour. Redrawing Crests or logos will be charged at an hourly rate of £25 per hour.
- Some artwork may incur slight colour change due to the printing processes involved in the manufacture – we will do our best to rectify this. Should you require, we can supply a pdf colour proof prior to manufacture for you to check and sign off – for which a £5.00 charge will apply.
- Sample table mats can also be supplied if required at a cost of £10.00.
- For orders of over 100 mats a finished sample will be provided FOC. Lead time is between 4-5 weeks from confirmation of final artwork.
- Kindly note that all bespoke orders are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged for store credit due to the nature of the customisation.
