When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers maybe encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase please return the item to us within 14 days and we will refund you. Please note that items must be in a re-saleable condition. (see Returns Policy below)

Club Matters do not disclose buyers’ information to any third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, and to store delivery addresses if the address book is used. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to ‘Tools | Internet Options | Privacy’ and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies.

RETURNS POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages / product issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is delivered defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will make sure to provide a suitable resolution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products such as special orders or bespoke items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method - please allow up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and tracking indicates your delivery has reached us, please contact us at enquiries@clubmatters.co.uk.
We regret we do not offer free postage on returned goods so shipping will not be refunded. However we will refund your postage if any items in your order are genuinely found to be faulty.
As per our Shipping Policy we are not liable for any charges in relation to import taxes or custom duties, and as such we will not be able to refund these if an international order is returned.
By providing your email address to Club Matters, you consent to receiving marketing communications, including news, updates, products, services, promotions, offers, events, and other relevant information.
We may occasionally collaborate with trusted third-party brands and organisations on joint marketing campaigns, promotions, events, or offers. Where you choose to participate in such activities, your information may be shared with the relevant partners where this has been clearly disclosed at the point of collection.
You can withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails or by contacting us directly.
Club Matters does not sell personal data. All personal information is processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, and applicable privacy laws.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing activities. Further details on how we collect, use, store, and protect your information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
By submitting a testimonial to Club Matters, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute your testimonial, together with your name, company name, job title, photograph, and/or any logo or other content you provide, for marketing, promotional, and informational purposes.
Your testimonial may be published on our website, social media channels, email communications, printed materials, advertisements, and any current or future platforms operated by Club Matters.
Upon submitting your review you confirm that the testimonial reflects your genuine experience and that you have the authority to provide any names, logos, images, or other materials submitted with it. You retain ownership of your original content, but grant Club Matters the rights necessary to use it as described in this policy.
We may edit testimonials for clarity, grammar, length, formatting, or publication requirements. However, we will not materially alter the meaning of a testimonial or present it in a way that creates a misleading impression of your views or experience.
Where a testimonial contains personal data, such information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
You may request the removal of your testimonial at any time by providing written notice to Club Matters. We will use reasonable efforts to remove the testimonial from active marketing materials and digital platforms within 30 days of receiving your request. However, we may retain archived copies and materials already published, distributed, or printed before the removal request was received.
Club Matters may, from time to time, offer promotions, discounts, special offers, or sale pricing on selected products. The terms, eligibility criteria, applicable products, discount values, and promotional periods for any offer will be clearly stated at the time of promotion / purchase, including within newsletters, website announcements, or other marketing communications to the best of our abilities.
Promotional offers are available only during the promotional period and cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases made before or after the offer period unless expressly stated otherwise.
Unless specifically stated, discounts, promotional codes, store credits, vouchers, and sale pricing apply only to eligible online purchases and cannot be redeemed against event admission, workshop bookings, stall purchases, or any other in-person transactions conducted at events.
Club Matters reserves the right to amend, extend, withdraw, or terminate any promotion at any time where reasonably necessary, provided that such changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.
Where products purchased online are eligible for return under our Returns Policy, items must be returned to the address specified in that policy. Returns, exchanges, refunds, or warranty claims cannot be processed in person at events, exhibitions, markets, or other temporary trading locations unless expressly agreed by Club Matters.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Artwork should be supplied to us in a high res format – pdf, jpeg or tiff minimum 2MB.
- Additional artwork origination fees may be applied for any resizing or retouching.
- Some artwork may incur slight colour change due to the printing processes involved in the manufacture – we will do our best to rectify this.
- Sample table mats can also be supplied if required at cost.
- For orders of over 100 mats a finished sample will be provided FOC. Lead time is between 4-5 weeks from confirmation of final artwork. All timelines are subject to demand availability and dates will be provided when discussing your bespoke order.
- Kindly note that all bespoke orders are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged for store credit due to the nature of the customisation.
