DELIVERY
Our UK Standard delivery charge starts from £7.50 and is typically weight dependent.
We use either Royal Mail or a suitable alternative courier service for our deliveries. Postal rates are dependent on the size of package, we try our best to ensure these remain as competitive as possible.
Please note that due to the nature of bespoke orders delivery these will take longer than our typical delivery timelines. We will be able to provide these to you when confirming your bespoke order.
For overseas deliveries outside of Europe please contact us and we will do our best to get you the most secure and competitive price possible. Kindly note some shipping restrictions may apply worldwide.
Important Information for our American / EU / International Customers
Any taxes, duties, customs fees, import VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be applied to goods shipped internationally are the sole responsibility of the recipient (customer). These charges are determined by the customs authorities and regulations of the destination country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs paid at checkout unless otherwise stated.
As customs policies and import regulations vary between countries, we are unable to predict, calculate, or control any charges that may be incurred upon arrival of your order. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information regarding potential import duties, taxes, and related fees before placing an order.
Please note that any import taxes, customs duties, clearance fees, or other government-imposed charges are separate from delivery and shipping fees. These charges must be paid by the recipient to allow customs clearance and delivery of the shipment.
We do not reimburse, refund, or cover any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or related charges under any circumstances. Refusal to pay these charges may result in delays, return of the shipment, or disposal of the goods by customs authorities. Any additional costs incurred as a result of refused shipments may be deducted from any eligible refund.

PACKAGING
We take care to package all orders by hand, using eco-friendly materials and packaging wherever possible. For more delicate or heavier items such as glassware extra protective measures will be taken to ensure it can be delivered in safe condition. If for any reason your item(s) have been delivered damaged please get in touch with us so we can provide a suitable resolution.
