Delivery and Packaging

DELIVERY

Our UK Standard delivery charge starts from £7.50. In stock items are usually dispatched within 48 hours of the order being placed during the working week.

Please note that due to the nature of bespoke orders delivery will take between 5 to 6 weeks from confirmation of order. However we recommend that you should contact us directly to speak about a bespoke order.

International Orders are usually delivered within 10 business days from the day you’ve placed the order but are dependent on local couriers.

Important Information for our EU / International Customers

Any taxes or customs import charges applied to goods shipped abroad are the responsibility of the receiver (customer). We do not cover import taxes nor do we have the ability to forecast what these maybe as these are not in our control. All import taxes / custom charges are separate to delivery fees and will not be refunded.

We recommend if purchasing from outside the UK to please check with your border/customs agencies before ordering so you're fully aware of any charges that your goods may face when entering the country for delivery.

Our complimentary blue boxes for table mats and coasters are beautifully embossed with our gold logo. They have been handmade in England constructed from the highest quality materials and are made to last. More importantly, they are made to protect your table mats so we recommend keeping them stored in this protective packaging for future use.
